Pale yellow in colour with silver tinges, crystal clear and brilliant with a well-balanced ribbon of delicate bubbles. Initially subtle on the nose, fresh, white fruit flavours including apples, pears and peaches intermingle with spices (curry and turmeric). A second intake reveals a more expressive bouquet, which evolves towards ripe fruit flavours. Smooth and elegant, boasting a concentrated bead which creates a refreshing finish. The Brut Blue Label draws its powerful character from an exceptional terroir. 20% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir for roundness and structure and 40% Pinot Meunier for fruit quality.
